José Reyes received his BFA from Savannah College of Art & Design and is the founder and creative director of Metaleap Design, an award-winning graphic-design firm that works with clients who are concerned with issues of social and cultural renewal. Recognized by many peers within the design community since 2002, Metaleap has worked with a diverse range of clients, from One Hundred Days (a non-profit building a pediatric AIDS hospital in Rwanda) to National Magazine Award-nominated entertainment title Paste. Reyes is also at the center of Fringe, an acclaimed Atlanta concert series that merges multiple art forms into a single evening—chamber music with short film, DJ-spun electronica with classical music plus behind-the-scenes mini documentaries about the performers, and gallery exhibits of well-known artists. José also currently serves as the Director & Curator of The Muéo Arts Gallery. Reyes lives in Atlanta with his wife, Nikolle and their two children, Ella and Alex, the cutest kids ever.
